EducaXD adapts its features based on the user profile, offering personalized tools and guidance for:

• Parents, guardians, or tutors: access to student progress and participation in the learning journey.
Interactions are powered by large language models (LLMs) that respond based on specific knowledge and may include real-time internet search results to enrich responses.
2. AI Models Used
EducaXD uses third-party providers such as OpenAI (GPT-4o) and Google Gemini. We clarify that none of these models are trained on user data. EducaXD also does not use your data for training purposes under any circumstances.
3. Interactions and Usage Limits
Each account has a daily limit of interactions with the AI assistants, depending on the access plan. These limits are designed to ensure fair use and optimal performance of the platform. Limits may be adjusted without prior notice.
4. Learning Companionship and Sharing Features
Students may invite trusted adults —educators or guardians— to:
• Assign personalized learning objectives.
• Receive summary reports of the student’s interactions with EducaGPT, only if the student explicitly enables this feature.
Guardians only have access to the information that students have chosen to share.
5. Privacy and Data
EducaXD is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal and educational data entered into the platform will not be used for commercial purposes, nor shared with third parties outside of the essential service providers required for platform functionality. 6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
• Use EducaXD responsibly and respectfully.
• Refrain from misuse, including attempts to breach security or access others’ data.
